Casual is Cute!

As much as I love to get dolled up and dressed up, there’s something so alluring about going casual too.  After all, clothes can be sexy- but what really makes anyone sexy is their confidence.  Rocking a t-shirt and jeans can be just as hot as an expensive little get-up if you wear it with a great attitude.  This is also a look that you can mess around with a little bit.  Whether you want to play it up or play it down, casual looks can still be super cute!

Let’s take a look at how some celebs show off their own t-shirt and jeans looks.  First and foremost, my all-time favorite Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel, and VS model Behati Prinsloo, both rock this look perfectly.  Candice pairs some light skinny blue jeans with a loose VS tank and some cute blue booties, while Behati wears black skinny jeans with a white VS tee and black booties- what a cute pair!  They both look stunning and sexy in these casual looks, what’s not to love?

Another one of my favorite girls, Lauren Conrad, can be seen in adorable t-shirt & jean combos all the time!  She wears a white tee with a brown belt and dark skinny jeans very casually, but still looking cute as always.  Another great twist on this look is her red skinny jeans with a plain striped tee!  Colored jeans are really in style right now, and this is an awesome way to wear it.  If you want to go for a colored pair of skinny’s like LC, I would suggest getting a red, yellow, or mint color- those are the best shades for summer and still look trendy.  Colors like turquoise and hot pink for a skinny jean aren’t as chic and end up looking cheap.

Let’s face it- you can never go wrong with jeans and a t-shirt.  Add a hint of color and flare with great shoes, a belt, or jewelry.  If you want to play it up even more, add a bright scarf, mix it up with colored jeans, or try a patterned tee.  Even just layering a jacket or vest over your t-shirt can vamp up your look!  This style will always be around, so find your own way to have fun and rock this cute trend!
